United Kingdom Career Pathway (UKCP, registration number SC054054) is a Scotland-registered Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) dedicated to connecting the UK and Korea through career support, research collaboration, cultural exchange and industry innovation. UKCP empowers individuals—international students, graduates, job-seekers and professionals—by providing practical training, tailored career guidance and real cross-border mobility between two dynamic markets. With a strong partnership ecosystem spanning academia, maritime decarbonisation, advanced materials and creative industries, UKCP supports both emerging talent and future-focused innovation, strengthening long-term UK–Korea exchange under a unified vision: Building Bridges, Beyond Borders.
What are the 4Bs?
The 4Bs refer to a suite of cross-border initiatives under UKCP’s core slogan, Building Bridges, Beyond Borders, which symbolises our mission to create long-lasting connections between the UK and Korea. Using this slogan as a strategic framework, UKCP is building four flagship 4Bs-branded project pillars. In essence, the 4Bs embody UKCP’s holistic approach to linking education, enterprise, research, and community beyond borders, and will continue to expand as a unified platform for UK–Korea exchange.
